I used the loan I got from MFW to buy supplies in order to make my swings and sell my products. I rented a space as my project and customer base grew. I even have customers in the West Bank!

Yousef Ma’ayah

After years of working in the shoe industry as a mechanic and grappling with low income, Nabil knew he needed to change professions to secure a better future. So, Yousef opened his own water filtration company to distribute fresh and pure water to events, houses, and companies.

During the early stages of running his business, Yousef encountered financial challenges. With limited funds for resources and equipment, his company could only produce and distribute ice; however, when Yousef sought assistance from MFW in 2011, he was able to purchase a machine that could seal cups. This initiative allowed his business to transform in new and more profitable ways.

Despite entering a highly competitive market, Yousef s’ determination did not waver. Additional loans from MFW allowed him to acquire four more water filtration machines, significantly boosting his production capacity. These investments helped him significantly, earning Yousef a reputation for providing some of the purest water in the industry. After receiving loans to develop and improve his business, he is now securing a steady income for himself and his family.
